How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better! If you want the best chance to receive your best date, please schedule as far in advance as possible.
How would you describe your style?
I love authentic images that are filled with emotion. I love bright colors and warm sunshine.
I seek out genuine moments that make me feel something.
Most photos are lightly posed, meaning I’ll help get you into place first and then encourage interaction
and real expressions while we’re snapping away.
If you want to sum it up in a couple of words, my work is most often categorized as lifestyle photography.
What's the best time for our session?
I prefer to begin shooting outdoor family sessions about an hour before sunset. This is the time of day that photographers refer to as the “golden hour” and during that time we will find beautiful, flattering light. However, I also understand that sometimes it can be hard to have little ones cooperate at that time of day - just write to me and together we will find
the best solution!
What's the best spot for our session?
I am a natural light, on location photographer. Together we will choose the perfect location for your session.
Newborn sessions are held at your home.
What should we wear?
I want your photos to reflect YOU, your clothing should be comfortable and reflect who you are. I do suggest avoiding too busy patterns as they can be distracting (however bold patterns can look great!).
I am always here to give suggestions, so feel free to ask!
Will you tell us how to pose during my shoot?
Absolutely! I will give you lots of ideas and directions throughout your session to help you all feel at ease.
Sometimes the best photos are the candid ones because that is when you are at your most relaxed. I will coach you along and make you feel comfortable and confident.
When do we get our photos?
I edit each image individually and by hand in Photoshop and with that in mind, galleries can take up to 6 weeks to be ready when I'm at my busiest.
What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel our session?
No one wants to be photographed if they are feeling lousy or the weather isn’t cooperating. Should someone in your family get sick or the weather isn’t being kind to us, the session can absolutely be rescheduled.
We will work together to find the next available date for both of us.
For other circumstances, the deposit will be refunded fully or applied to another session date as long as the session is canceled at least seven days prior to the shoot. After seven days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you do not show up for your session without calling, your deposit will be forfeited.

As soon as I get your inquiry I will follow up via e-mail and discuss what kind of session you are looking for.
A £100 deposit is required at booking to hold your session date.
